It is our policy to assure the health, safety, quality, and environment integrity of our processes and facilities at all times and at all places. Our goals are high quality, no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment. It is our policy to achieve quality of products and services that meet or surpass our clients’ needs and expectations. Quality is a matter of pride for AGES. AGES has a stand-alone department of quality. This department focuses on quality management and implementation as per client’s requirements and ISO 9001 quality standards. The main objectives of this department are as follows:
Customer focus: Actively reviewing customer needs through dialogue and making clients aware of new products and services, ensuring the organization is aware of customer needs, corrective actions when the service fails to meet expectations
Continual improvement of products, services, working environment and production process.
Reduced waste: A reduction in wasted products, repeated or corrective work and unnecessary process.
AGES Quality Management (AQM) department ensures that the product or service offered is free of defects.
